29 June 2013 - Everyone should have an inner sanctum, and here is mine:  behind the refrigerator, on a window ledge twelve feet above the ground.  It gives me a great vantage point for watching beeps, dim deeps, and approaching peeps, plus my perch is virtually invisible, allowing me to eavesdrop and spy undetected.  The reins of power are controlled by knowing the thoughts of the rabble.

28 June 2013 - It is inconceivable to me why dim deeps would have yoga poses named after them, when clearly my species are quite adept.  Flexibility, balance, strength - we truly are inspiring.  Here I am doing a forward fold over a lifted leg, nose to toes.  Who wants to go next?

27 June 2013 - Being fresh and original on a daily basis is exhausting.  In order to meet deadlines, I have had to set up a day bed next to my station.  The grind is alleviated somewhat by having a corner office with multiple windows.  Besides I prefer working alone, just me and my purrceptions.

26 June 2013 - My life is simple, and so I am a connoisseur of water.  There are many options from which to choose:  fizzy, mineral, ionized, flavored, caffeinated.  And then there is the delivery method:  glass or plastic or metal?  Only a dim deep would prefer a porcelain bowl with lid.  My preference is au naturel, rain water held in the cup of a lake.

19 June 2013 - Fresh air does a body good.  My tree-level perch satisfies my need to be above the fray...which yesterday included a presumptuous young (is that redundant?) dim deep that tried to invade my space.  Fortunately its body was wider than the railing spacing, so in the end it appeared to be pilloried.  What a purrfectly amusing image!

18 June 2013 - I've been working on my tan in the sun room...now that there is sun.  Once the lake level recedes sufficiently, I will take my beach towel down to the sand, and watch the mallard ducklings and jet skis go by.  Life should be a private beach.
