beg pardon

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

5 August 2015 - Can you see the intruder down there?  If I didn't keep watch, we would quickly be overrun by all manner of pilferers.  It doesn't help that the shorter peep puts out seeds for the beeps, because now the neighborhood has us marked as a drive-thru restaurant.  I do what I can to patrol the area, but there is no one to relieve me...so the welcome mat is out two shifts out of three.  I don't let the situation depress me:  I realize that I am Sisyphus rolling the stone uphill.  Besides work can be entertaining.  The territorial feud between our two squeeps is something to watch:  chasing one another up and down the tree, both barking their annoyance.  Sometimes they are so caught up in their squabble that they don't even see me...close encounters of the furred kind.
