27 September 2015 - Aaah, the weekend!  Not that my schedule demarcates weekend from work week, but I do pick up my peeps' vibes.  Sunday morning is observed in a totally different way from that of, say, Wednesday.  I can really groove on this "day of rest" idea, although I see no reason to restrict myself to just one twenty-four hour period... why not two or three?  I do recognize there should be a few days of non-rest, just so one can look forward to and savor that "aaah" experience.
