Me-usings and Me-emories
19 September 2015 - I am not a luddite; however I do not blindly hold the opinion that technology equates with progress. There are numerous gadgets on the market today that have such a narrow and esoteric use that I can only conclude that they are solely marketed to redistribute wealth. Is this gizmo in front of me supposed to be an improvement? The peeps call it a mouse...perhaps, because of my vigilance, they have forgotten what one looks like. However it has nothing over the original. The ears are missing, possibly for aerodynamic reasons; it definitely would lose in an agility contest...and I especially miss the endearing squeak.
