Me-usings and Me-emories
16 December 2018 - When I am not resting, I try to be useful. Even though various household activities are not part of my job description, I offer help and advice to my peeps. It is my experience that small things, like a paw holding a ribbon or securing paper, are nonetheless appreciated. When there is less aggravation in a task, it goes more quickly and more pleasantly... without seeming ungrateful, who could ask for more? And being near the hub of activity gives me inside information: Is this package for me? Did Santa receive my wish list? Not that I won't act surprised on the morning of gift-opening, but we cats prefer to know beforehand. "Gotcha" moments are stressful for us, and offer a peep opportunity to record our uncomfortable embarrassment (and to post it to the world).
