Me-usings and Me-emories
6 Nov 2022 - This particular window ledge is where I can catch the earliest light... a piece of information that is quite useful on a chilly morning. But even if the ambient temperature is acceptable, this spot gives a great overlook of our front flank. It is from here that I watched yesterday's large creature amble away, and it is from this direction that strange peeps wander up. Those particular visitors make me glad that my vantage is so elevated... most never raise their eyes to spot me, but I keep my eyes on them. Sometimes they approach the house and then immediately leave; other times a two-part noise can be heard, and then my two peeps usher these unknowns into our home. Knowing the quickest route to under the bed is another useful piece of information.
