1 Apr 2023 - The shorter peep tells me that today is the official hoodwink day. I don't like the sound of that! I am constantly having to corral connivers, so adding more to my headaches seems mean-spirited. Perhaps I'll call in sick, and skip my shift all together. Avoidance isn't the most noble choice, but then a head-on confrontation might require energy that I don't currently have. Maybe if I prolong this cushy rest, I'll feel more up to the task... besides, procrastination is a favored peep tactic.

there was an interloper over here this morning....at least Hitty ACTED like there was one (puffy tail and all), but I never saw any other signs....was she trying to prank me?
