9 Sep 2024 - My petition to Bastet has been heard: Mr. Sol is in fine form this morning... after having taken the weekend off. That the door onto my personal screened deck remains closed isn't a good indicator that warm temperatures have returned, but I am overjoyed to see pools of sunshine. I'll wait until midday to make my deck patrols, and meanwhile keep myself busy making rounds of the domicile interior and my personal sun room. Did I mention that I nabbed an incautious meep trying to stake his claim? There is no end to my work.
