1 Jul 2025 - I am in a much better mood now that Mr. Sol has been favoring us with his warm presence.  My personal screened deck is a great spot to be, weather permitting, and with such an encompassing view of our surroundings I spend quite a bit of patrol time there (and snooze time as well).  Just recently I spotted the last of our "familiar" interlopers:  a cheep was darting in and out among the shoreline rocks.  It is the ones I don't see that keep me on the job.
