4 April 2014 - Officially spring has only been here two weeks, but we are well into the season by every other measurement.  The shorter peep has of late been eating her lunch on the porch, and I admit that it is an especially nice spot to enjoy the weather.  Now that I am no longer having to incubate my paws to keep the blood circulating, I can often be found sprawled in my chair, feeling the pleasant breeze in my face and listening to the beeps.  Life is very languid when you have baked your bones into a near-liquid state.  Molasses and I have lots in common.
