Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

25 January 2015 - Sometimes events don't turn out as expected.  I am usually the one peering at the world from a lofty position, but here the table is turned...to my surprise.  I honestly don't credit peeps with much 3-D awareness.  Unless it moves, peep eyes don't register something that is more than two feet above their heads.  That invisible horizontal plane, another type of glass ceiling, demarcates the extent of their upward vision.  Peeps would be easy prey with this limited awareness.  All one of my big cousins would have to do is bide his time on a leafy perch, and await the clueless fatted calf.

Catty Corner

verse of the day - "To a Mouse", by Robert Burns

Wee, sleekit, cow'rin, tim'rous beastie,
O, what a panic's in thy breastie!
Thou need na start awa sae hasty
Wi bickering brattle!
I wad be laith to rin an' chase thee,
Wi' murdering pattle.
