Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

13 February 2015 - Cats are natural hunters, and even a house-bound life doesn't change our predisposition to stalk, to pounce, to slay.  Nothing focuses our attention and dilates our pupils like a quiver of movement.  It doesn't matter if the cause is a mole excavating its tunnel or a peep hand darting beneath the covers, we are engaged, claws ready to rake and reveal.  When we are in the heat of battle, we are blood-thirsty, so be forewarned.  Don't attempt a head pat or a belly rub until the wildness passes.
