24 February 2015 - The background is overexposed, but even so the photograph is a keeper: I see bright sunshine and infer basking warmth. This time of year I vacillate between removing my coat and huddling in it. I suppose soon enough the weather will settle into sameness, and I (nor my peeps) will not miss the cold temperatures. In regards winter I have little tolerance, and this year's version is really testing my patience. Why should the flighty behavior of a groundhog eight hundred miles away ruin my day?
