Me-usings and Me-emories
20 April 2015 - What a feat, pun intended, of engineering our lower extremities are. We don't think much about them, doing a perfunctory cleaning on occasion or tending to a ragged nail. But otherwise they serve us, largely unthanked. Running, leaping, or out on a mundane walk, they cushion our impact upon the ground, taking the pounding without complaint. Through thick waists or thin, they bear us on our "weigh".
