25 December 2015 - As I feared, I was road-tripped north. At least my new digs is somewhat familiar, and my peeps are with me...so I will manage until I figure out how to return to my proper place in the world. Despite traveling all day, we did not leave temperate weather behind. I haven't needed a heated bed since arriving here. As you can see, the red-suited peep brought me a wadded ball of wrapping paper. I always can use a new toy, especially since their interest fades so quickly. I hope that the jolly ol' peep found you as well.
