Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

8 June 2016 - One of the obstacles in cat-peep relationships is that we felines are nocturnal creatures.  The taller peep does a reasonable impersonation, but can't handle the pre-dawn watch.  He and I often close down the joint, but I am just waking up when he turns in.  (He gets my thanks for trying though.)  Keeping an eye on the house in those early-morning hours falls to me.  The last one standing, metaphorically speaking, I must remain on alert when darkness descends, my ears pricked, my nose sniffing.  Typically there are many winter residents that I must bounce from the premises, but so far this summer things have been quiet.
