17 September 2016 - What is wrong with me??  I am still shedding hair, and it was 45 degrees this morning!  Does my body think that it is still back in sultry Florida, where those sort of dawn temperatures won't be experienced for another two+ months?  Maybe my thyroid is stuck in high gear... although my behavior could not be described as manic, and my internal thermostat is not set to sauna.  If my own coat continues to prove inadequate, then I shall just have to borrow one from my peeps.
