3 June 2018 - Pictured is a working foot:  the nails aren't painted (although I do try to pull off the shed sheaths), the heel isn't pumiced.  But even in this abused state, my paws have taken me many places, largely without complaint.  And because they quietly do their job, I forget to be grateful for their service.  I could draw parallels between this foot and myself... but since I am guilty of neglect, I really can't get too worked up over my peeps' failure to acknowledge my tireless devotion.  We both have sins of omission to atone for.
