10 January 2019 - What can I say!  My peeps love me.  It is slightly embarrassing to admit, but then I realize that we cats don't care... so I am grateful that like a tossed bottle, I washed up on their beach.  Frankly they are lucky as well:  I interrupt them when they need a break, I supply heat on chilly days and purrs on stressful days.  I am a demanding external voice that pulls their focus outward.  I willingly offer myself as a vessel into which they can pour their affection and otherwise thwarted maternal instincts.  Truly we enjoy a Simba symbiosis.
