Me-usings and Me-emories

11 May 2021 - Warming up before and after exercise is important in avoiding muscle strains.  And exercise outdoors is premium, so no one (who knows me) should be surprised to see me doing exactly that on my screened enclosure.  I realize that some peeps are averse to sweating, because it frizzes their hair and wets their clothes and other excuses unfathomable to a cat.  But not sweating has undesirable outcomes as well, such as outgrowing one's wardrobe.  Of course the choice can only be made by the individual.  But if I wish to keep up with each new generation of interlopers, I have to stay in shape and keep my sprint well oiled.
