Me-usings and Me-emories
7 Oct 2025 - Can you believe the conditions I had to endure... for countless hours, a vague concept since we cats live in the now. And the now was enough to make me cower and wish for a better hiding place. The travel gauntlet is all too familiar, although I try to push it from my mind: a non-stop assault on the ears with occasional ground tremors. I have a pile of vacation days accrued, and it is my intention to skip work today... tomorrow will be soon enough to roust the southerly interlopers. For indeed, based on the air temperature and ambient juiciness, we are no longer in the hinterland... I will thank Bastet tomorrow, when I have recovered.
