"...you bright-en up my day..."

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

6 June 2015 - Late spring in Nova Scotia certainly epitomizes "if you don't like the weather, just wait a bit."  A few days ago I was on this very porch, trying to look jocular.  Now the only problem is trying not to squint at the camera.  I remain a Florida cat, even while in Canada, so I am happiest when there are ample pools of sunlight.  I kept returning to the outdoors, in and out, in and out, making "hey hey" while the sun shone...which was very smart as today features grey rain.  The sole detractor to yesterday's glory was the cloud of mosquitoes, sufficiently thick that I tried snapping at them...but it made no dent.  Now I know how Pigpen feels enveloped in gray dust.
