25 November 2016 - Aaah, leftovers!  The day after is almost as good as the first serving, and not nearly as much preparation required.  My diet and that of my peeps are, with the exception of dairy products and eggs, mutually exclusive.  For years my "something extra" was yogurt... and then I developed a sensitivity to it.  That was a sad day, to no longer have that special treat offered.  But occasionally the taller peep will share his plate with me, not that there is much left when he passes it over.  And I am very excited over a new addition to my meals, something brand new and delish and hopefully gentle on my digestive track.  I would hate to be disappointed again.
