6 March 2017 - Another day with strangers underfoot! Our quiet weekend lulled me into believing that Friday's assault was a one-time occurrence. But I, unfortunately, was mistaken. My familiarity with our abode will come in handy, as I seek out safe spots to spend my time until they are gone. Without something to stop up my ears, I will nevertheless be aware of each sharp noise and unfamiliar voice... but tucked away upstairs I won't have to watch. I will survive the latest onslaught, but don't blame me if the trauma increases my hair loss.
