19 March 2017 - I have been incommunicado for the past week:  for that I apologize, but my peeps disappeared and I was quite worried for them.  I wasn't sure that I should eat the food offered by the daily stranger... did she have something to do with their absence?  Who could I trust?  But ultimately, just to keep up my strength (and my hope) I ate.  Then last night I heard strange noises at the back door, and feared the interloper had returned with serious intentions.  How surprised, and relieved, I was to see my errant peeps straggling into the house!  They have a lot of explaining to do.
