16 November 2017 - Some mornings I can't wait to rise, so that I can get back to the business of napping.  You may have experienced something similar:  perhaps the previous day drained you of energy, maybe you are fighting off a bug, possibly you tossed and turned through the darkness.  I don't feel the need to justify my actions; if it is what I want, then that ends the conversation.  So, no, I am not judging you:  if you need more sleep, you have my permission to cash in that chip at any time... but avoid the operation of heavy machinery, just to be on the safe side.
