12 November 2017 - The reverence we should feel for our planetary home doesn't require anything more than quiet and thoughtful contemplation... and a grateful acknowledgment of how our Mother sustains us.  We are not all equally fortunate, so those of us who have the most to be thankful for (a welcoming place, adequate food, a nurturing lap) should recognize the inequality and do what we can to lighten the lives of those challenged by their circumstances.  One of the most important things that my kind can do is fill our space with purrs.  The sound of a happy cat is contagious.
