8 April 2019 - Another Monday finds me hard at work (it takes quite a bit of concentration to nap while the office clatters/chatters). I have gotten my charges on task, and can now just lie back and gently guide. I like to think that I set the proper tone for the employees: supportive but not intrusive, here if and only if they need me. And we definitely need each other: my head wants periodic patting, and their right brains benefit from usage. I predict another productive week.
