4 Oct 2022 - If it looks like I've been sold to the zoo, you wouldn't be too far off the mark.  My suspicions that "something" was afoot were spot on:  I was dropped into this cage, and away we went.  Our destination was never revealed to me, but it wasn't my southern or northern domicile... so I feared things were only going to worsen.  And for a time that was definitely true.  The noise alone certainly claimed one of my promised lives, and everything was strange... the smells, the lay of the land... there was nothing familiar, other than the continued presence of my two peeps, for me to hang onto.  My look of despondency was justified.
