Me-usings and Me-emories
19 Jun 2024 - Our hinterland abode doesn't typically beat out the southerly domicile in amenities... except "up here" I do have my very own cushioned window ledge. True, most windows have sills upon which a narrow-hipped cat can perch, but as this photo underscores, here I can comfortably stretch out and gaze upon the wilderness beyond. Yesterday the air temperature was such that I took a nap on my ledge, during a lull in interloper activity. I especially like its elevation above the terrain, and like a tree house access is controlled... if only I had beep wings.

looks pretty cushy....one of my earlier cats (Sasha) had a fleecey hammock that hung at one of his windows....he loved it...maybe you need to start lobbying for one, tho it would probably be so comfy it would be hard to stay awake long enough to keep the interlopers at bay
