9 Jun 2024 - The palette of this picture suggests heat, but really the tiles on which I'm sprawled are quite cool to my belly... not a sensation I typically seek out, but I've just returned from my personal screened porch so the contrast is quite refreshing.  In fact yesterday, if all the pieces were tallied, I spent more time inside that out.  I try to avoid panting... it is such an undignified look... unlike the taller peep, who has returned from some sweaty endeavor and appears, from the wetness of his skin and hair, to have been caught in a heavy downpour.
