6 Jun 2025 - I have found that sometimes (often?) I have to be very direct with my peeps when I need something.  Obviously they can't read my mind, and there is an annoying language barrier, so I really can't blame either side for miscommunication.  But they do react (not always quickly enough) to clear signals, such as the pictured "I need attention".  Whether this request yields a head pat or a treat or a brushing, if anything like that results, I am content... until the next needy moment.
