Me-usings and Me-emories
8 February 2017 - Lest you conclude that I am an all-work-and-no-play guy, here I am, totally inert. Not moving a muscle probably wouldn't qualify as "play", but since it is a solo activity, let me make that call. Relaxing is all about rejuvenation and the quieting of the noisy mind, so it definitely has overlap with fun and games. Besides, what can one do if there are no playmates around? I am not saying that I want such a thing (in fact I don't), but merely pointing out the reason there are things like solitaire. For all you know I could currently be pitted against myself in a mean game of mental chess.
