9 February 2017 - Once in a while I need to shore up the shorter peep's raison d'etre. After all, when she is happy, I am happy as well. It is a small thing for me to grace her lap for five minutes, but she always brightens up. I have observed that when she sits in this particular chair, she grows more and more dispirited. We don't want that! I need her bounding up and down the stairs, refilling my bowl and assisting my entry/exit. If a bit of preventive care is what is needed, the doctor is in.
