the howl and the pussycat

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

7 September 2017 - The weather is batting 500, but we aren't playing baseball here in the hinterlands.  I am enjoying, who knows, possibly the last bit of warmth of the year... while trying not to get wet.  This particular deck chair offers the most shelter, and comes with a cushion for my old bones.  So this spot is where I've been, almost exclusively for the past two days... while not patrolling the grounds.  Perhaps the bad guys will assail our house during foul conditions, but I am betting that they, like me, are hunkered down somewhere, waiting for things to clear.  Certainly no sane cat burglar would be out in this slop.
