wet whistles

Me-ow-my-oh!

Me-usings and Me-emories

15 September 2017 - I don't spend much time in this room, mostly because it lacks comfortable places to lie down.  But when a peep is nearby, I try to convince him/her to turn on the faucet.  Water straight from the tap is the best thirst-quencher.  I drink from the lake only because it is convenient and can be done without assistance.  This spot in the house is filled with different types of water dispensers.  I don't dare approach the one in the corner lest its door swing shut and I am trapped under its spray.  Next to it is another holder of water, but it has been known to gurgle and growl... which I interpret as "keep your distance"... so I do.  If my opinion was sought, I would suggest that this faucet be replaced by a high crooked-neck version.  Then I wouldn't have to bend over to sip.
