Me-usings and Me-emories
14 October 2018 - As if the trip wasn't sufficiently exhausting, I am having to conduct a course review for the peeps. So far they are remembering the prompts: my standing in front of the wardrobe means that I would like drawers pulled out to form a stairs; my standing in front of a door means that I would like that door opened; my standing next to the bath faucet means that I would like the tap turned on, etc. The issue with memory, particularly in regards peeps of a certain age, is that a newly learned task only remains retrievable if it is periodically refreshed (and "newly" could mean yesterday). I do worry about my two: who is going to do my bidding when they no longer can??
