Me-usings
and Me-emories
3 October 2018 - In an attempt at more family togetherness, the shorter peep has been trying mightily to interest me in cards. She even pulled out a deck that featured kittens.... aaaah, I hear you intone. But my reaction is the exact opposite: I find the little ones irritating balls of energy. Thankfully I have not retained any memories, perhaps suppressed, of my silly stage. Now happily plopped into my harumph phase, I do my best to ignore the reminders of youth, mine or anyone else's. The peeps would have more success, not that I'm going to mention it, if they dangled pictures of dim deeps in front of my nose.
