Me-usings and Me-emories
4 October 2018 - Does Thursday have another designation for the working stiff? "Thirsty Thursday" would hold on a college campus, as students meet at the local hang-out in anticipation of the weekend. It can be a long day in the office, with the tedium broken by meetings (another venue, same tedium) and heightened by deadlines. My peeps are in a very low-key occupation that allows them to set their own hours and to accept the projects that interest them. I see no reason why I can't do the same: if it is good enough for Dr. Seuss, it's good enough for Colonel Sanders.
