8 November 2018 - I realize that not all peeps love early mornings... so I am grateful that one of mine is willing to share with me these post-dawn moments of quiet.  Starting a new day in such a serene state is a great counterbalance to any stress that can later arise.  Those peeps who bolt from bed with minimal time to exit the door for work or an appointment, are setting themselves up for a long, unpleasant day.  Is it any wonder that anger seems to roil beneath the surface of many faces glaring from their cars?  Save wear on your engine and tires:  start in slow gear.
