Me-usings and Me-emories

9 July 2020 - I am of the opinion that yoga resulted from careful observation of animals.  Even the names of various postures bear this out.  After a period of repose the body benefits from a good stretch, and many incorporate these movements into a rise-and-shine routine.  Some have trouble complying with the second part, but the vast majority can't spend the day recumbent.  Obligations compel us to open our eyes, lift up our heads, and be productive.  We cats require many hours of rest, for which we get much peep grief.  However my full-bore sprints are exhausting.
