daunt I know

Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

3 November 2020 - I am not sure what this thing is behind me, but it appears to be in the business of guarding... so I feel we have a kinship.  Although an inanimate object, without the ability to chase or snarl or slash, it must convey its threat through a stony visage.  And I do appreciate the power of an unblinking stare (see below), but sometimes an encore song is needed.  I have numerous tricks in my repertoire, including a very effective disappearing act.  In my own investigation of this corner sentry, I have discovered that it outweighs me by at least a factor of three.  Perhaps it is this surprising bulk which is its backup plan:  falling upon an interloper would be quite conclusive.
