8 April 2021 - Okay, okay, I am testing this new gadget out... although its similarity to a guillotine is disturbing.  I won't deny the convenience of having my own portal available whenever I wish to come or go.  Dependency can be galling.  However my freedom has been limited to "acceptable" times.  One of the last things the shorter peep does, before retiring, is lock my door (notice the subtle change in ownership)... and then it is reopened the next morning, before we eat.  Why the screened enclosure should have business hours escapes my logic, but otherwise I can't complain... excuse me while I check on interloping beeps.
