Shamus on view

Me-usings and Me-emories

13 Jun 2022 - Yesterday was one for the record books!  Something very large, very strikingly tuxedo (but without the white), visited our yard, just outside my personal sunny room.  Dealing with something that outweighs the taller peep is not in my job description, so I fell back (literally) and did recon from afar.  It snuffled about, but quickly decided that here was not what it was looking for... and departed as quickly as it came.  Had I been napping during its pop-in call, I would have totally missed this creature and certainly would not have believed the peeps' tale.  Once again I'm glad to be an inside cat.

  2. I feel like this use of "interloper" should be all in caps
