7 Jun 2023 - I am partial to out-of-the-way spots, especially ones that given me a wide view without my presence being obvious to a passerby.  I have observed that peeps are not prone to look underneath things:  it involves bending over, and besides they are arguably the alpha on the food chain... what have they to worry?  Elevated but sheltered, near an exterior portal, this seat cushion is ideal (and there are others just like it close by, should I desire a change-up).  Yet here is the picture... I've been spotted by the shorter peep.  Now I'll have to find another place to nap.
