6 Dec 2023 - My shorter peep has been busy rearranging our domicile.  The taller peep and I were not consulted, but we are living with the changes.  Without saying more, you know what I think about diverting from the customary.  There is a spot here and there which has been largely left alone... so I am choosing to hang with the familiar, both for my comfort and in protest (but will she even notice?).  Each time she pulls a bow or a bell from a box, I see that "what shall I do with this bauble?" look on her face and I make myself scarce.
