10 January 2014 - I spend an hour or so each day outside, stretching my legs, breathing fresh air, satisfying my curiosity.  My preference is to take these constitutions when the weather is cooperating, but occasionally it is difficult to find a dry break...and those of you who know me won't be surprised when I add "and not freezing outside".  But anyone living in North America above latitude 30 degrees doesn't want to hear my complaints, and is probably assembling a pile of snowballs right now to hurl at my picture.  Remember that it is all relative:  one person's long-johns day is another person's Bermuda-shorts vacation.
