Me-usings and Me-emories
10 May 2015 - Why would I stick around the scene of the crime? Because the real perpetrator has already skedaddled. Believe me, I walked into this mess while the clues were still warm, and will swear that I saw a dark shadow, an unfamiliar tip of a tail, rounding the corner into the living room. Clearly we had an intruder...and I use the past tense because a search of the house has turned up nothing. We were lucky in that no real damage was done, and the shorter peep, with her opposable thumbs, quickly righted the wrong.
