17 May 2015 - "To lie down, or not to lie down?"...some questions are just silly. The real poser is "for how long?" It probably won't surprise you to learn that I don't set an alarm. Life doesn't have to be complicated: just let the body tell you when to get up and when to get down. With all the money I have saved by not buying clocks, I could purchase my very own bed. But I am not picky: if the spot is quiet, I can sleep anywhere.
