16 July 2016 - Water and I don't mix. The closest I will come to getting my feet wet is walking through dew and drinking from the lake. But there are many things of interest at the shore's edge... which is why in the wild, predators often wait at the local watering hole. This morning six ducks paddled by, feeling safe in the knowledge that I don't swim. But I did notice that, even so, they gave me a wide berth. The reputation of my species precedes me.
